| Things and times and circumstances change for us all, but I can choose whether to be controlled or ruled by memories or feelings or emotions. And those that are borne or made of "fears" I try to better understand before acting on them. I can choose where I file emotional experiences within my mind and I no longer have files stamped: 'PRIVATE' , and in big bold red letters: 'FEAR THIS'. |
